Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Cesar Palace was nothing short of disappointing. The hotel misled us about the pool renovation, which turned out to be much longer than promised. Despite the nice room with a massive TV and comfy bed, the overall experience was marred by unprofessional service and issues with the amenities. While the dining options were good, the lack of accountability regarding their service left a sour taste. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
I had high expectations for my stay at this hotel, given its 5-star rating, but was left quite disappointed. The room had a charming touch with rose petals and was perfectly situated near the pool, which was ideal for me. Unfortunately, the slow Wi-Fi made it difficult to work, and even more concerning were the safety issues I encountered with a smoking hairdryer. While the dining options were enjoyable, the lack of attention to service and the overall quality didn’t quite meet the standards of a true luxury hotel.
I stayed at a hotel that had some positive points but also several drawbacks. The ambience was nice, and both the staff and the spa facilities were enjoyable. However, the room experience was marred by recurring issues like power outages and unreliable Wi-Fi, which made my stay less than ideal. It’s a mixed bag, so I can't say it lived up to its rating as a luxury destination.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, appreciating the lovely ambience, nice pool, and professional staff. However, the multiple interruptions with the room lights and slow Wi-Fi were frustrating. Overall, while it has great potential, it's hard to justify the price given these drawbacks.
I had a great stay at this hotel, enjoying the lovely ambience and friendly staff. The highlights were definitely the amazing pool and spa area. However, there were some issues with room maintenance and Wi-Fi quality that detracted from my overall experience. Considering the price, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and reliability.
